cancellation policy
There is a $100 charge for color services, and a $30 charge for all other services cancelled without a minimum of 24 hours notice. Upon request a credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide your service, although we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time available.
