June First Friday Presents: Art by Kabrina Williams

Kabrina Williams is a Raleigh Artist and one of Alter Ego’s own talented stylists. “As a N.C. native I grew up in Burlington along side my grandmother always having our hands in arts and crafts and it brings me great joy to know her creative gene flows through me whether I am on a canvas or behind the chair here at Alter Ego Salon.” Williams says of her upbringing.

My collection of art is always to convey a sense of relaxation and to add a feel of meditation into your space. My wooden pieces can be used in a variety of ways from hanging on the wall, or flat on a table with  some candles, crystals, or a plant on top. Each piece is one of one, and remind me of a kaleidoscope, you will see something different every time you walk by.

I paint hair and I paint canvas/wood, an artist of multiple forms. As I continue to grow as a self taught artist I have become more confident in myself, my talents, and entered a new space of being in this universe!
